Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ListingGuard (the "Service"), provided by Henan Sanqing Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ListingGuard provides automated checks and suggestions for marketplace listing text on platforms such as Amazon and Etsy. Output is informational only and does not constitute legal, marketing, or marketplace-compliance advice.
2. No marketplace affiliation; no guarantees
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Etsy, or any other marketplace. Marketplaces change rules frequently. We make no guarantee that listings passing our checks will be approved, ranked, or remain compliant, or that flagged phrases will or will not cause account action.
3. Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through links in the Lemon Squeezy receipt e-mail. Refunds are available on request within 7 days of purchase by emailing us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) use it for unlawful content; (c) resell or redistribute Service output as your own software product; (d) share Pro license keys beyond reasonable personal/business use.
5. Intellectual property
ListingGuard, its software, branding, and risk-phrase database are owned by Henan Sanqing Network Technology Co., Ltd.. You retain rights to any listing text you submit.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including marketplace account suspensions or lost sales.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Henan Sanqing Network Technology Co., Ltd..
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by e-mail to active subscribers.
