• Listing text you submit — title and bullet text are processed temporarily for compliance checks. We do not store your listing content beyond the request.
• Usage counters — daily free-tier counts are stored in your browser (localStorage) only.
• Payment data — payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., who acts as Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your credit card details.
• License keys — when you activate Pro, your license key is stored locally in your browser and validated against Lemon Squeezy's API.
• Server logs — standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, retained for up to 30 days.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain ListingGuard, prevent abuse, validate Pro subscriptions, and improve our risk-phrase database. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Sub-processors

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN
• Lemon Squeezy, Inc. — payment processing and license issuance

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

5. International transfers

Henan Sanqing Network Technology Co., Ltd. is registered in the People's Republic of China. Personal data may be processed by sub-processors located outside your country. We rely on standard contractual safeguards offered by these providers.
